GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1.
This TERMS AND CONDITIONS are set in purpose of online betting (web www.lobbet.me) for: Sports Betting, “Lucky Six”, as well as “Greyhound Races” published by the Organizer.
PROCESS OF REGISTRATION, PAYMENTS ON WEB SITE (ONLINE BETTING)
Article 2.
REGISTRATION: Clicking on link for registration on the right side of the page the Player will access registration fields. The Player agrees to provide all the relevant personal information to the Organizer upon registration. All information supplied when registering with the site must be accurate and complete in all respects. When user’s account is activated the player can pay in money at any Organizer’s shop.
Article 3.
FUNDS PAYMENT on User’s account, the player done in two ways:
1. by payment at the branch by sending an e-mail2. by payment at the branch by submitting a user card
3. by payment by Master and Maestro card
4. by payment by Visa card issued at domestic banks
Payment via e-mail is organized on this way: The Player commits to show his own e-mail address to employee in shop and to give funds for payment. Employee will do the transaction and the funds will be immediately on the Player’s account.
Payment via User’s card is organized like this: The Player commits to give the User’s card and funds to employee in shop. Employee will to the transaction and the funds will be immediately on the Player’s account.
After registration and payment funds (for the first time) all players can get freebet, it is usually 10 EUR (if there is promotion period). Freebet is available only for betting all the time, until the player loses it. The player cannot withdraw freebet amount.
Example: If the player bets with freebet of 10 EUR and wins 50 EUR, he/she can withdraw 40 EUR, and 10 EUR will stay on the account as freebet.
Article 4.
FUNDS PAYOUT – The player can withdraw by clicking on his/her name on the right side of the page, than choose the option PAYOUT. When PAYOUT option is opened, it is necessarily to enter the amount, as well as shop for collecting funds. After that, the player will see a TAN and with it he/she can go to the shop to collect funds.
The payout option is possible to be canceled, pressing the option Cancel Payout. During cancelation the fund will be return into account.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BETTING
Article 5.
All applicants must be over 18 years of age and of legal capacity to place a bet on site (online betting).
The Player agrees to provide all the relevant personal information to the Organizer upon registration. All information supplied when registering with the site must be accurate and complete in all respects.
The Player has to take into consideration the fact of betting addiction. The Organizer supports responsible gambling. If the Player wishes to take a break, or a permanently cancel their account, the Organizer will disable utilization of their products and services for a certain period of time.
The Organizer reserves the right to save the tickets for the purpose of correctness and the content of the ticket. All tickets are saved in electronic form, on the Organizer’s computer.
Article 6.
Players’ personal data will be saved to a protected database and other participants and third part won’t have access.
Data from this article the Organizer may announce third part, only on way stated by law.
TICKET CANCELATION, INCORRECT RESULTS, CLOSING ACCOUNT
Article 7.
TICKET CANCELATION: After payment, the Player do not has a right to cancel the ticket. The ticket is unchangeable and it is not possible to delete them.
INCORRECT RESULTS: Winning based on incorrect results will be removed from player’s account. If there are re-published results for the same event and player’s win, winning will be returned into player’s account.
CLOSING ACCOUNT: The Organizer reserves the right to close player’s account any time and to refund a balance from his/her account, without any explanation.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 8.
Should there be any discrepancies in interpretation, the Montenegrin language version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
