SPORTS BETTING

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1.

These rules are set with the purpose of organizing specific games of chance (hereinafter: betting) and they contain Terms and Conditions. The following provisions are binding on all participants (Organizer and Player) and must be included without modification.

Article 2.

References to “client” or “player” is reference to any person using the service of the Organizer. The Organizer is “LOB COMMPANY” d.o.o. registered address Josipa Broza Tita 19, Podgorica, VAT 02335450 (hereinafter: Organizer).

Article 3.

These general terms and conditions are applicable to all betting contracts concluded. Contract is valid before placing bets and the Player accepts all the rules.
The obligations of the Organizer and of the Player hereunder shall apply from the date of the registration. By concluding the contract the Client confirms that they understand all the rules and accept them as they are.

Article 4.

Sport betting is a special game of chance where the Organizer defines the matches and provides odds for sport betting, while the Client (player) is betting on those.
Betting is organized continuously in rounds which are time-limited.
The date and the time of the start of a sport game or some other event shown in the betting offer is informative and not binding.

Article 5.

These general terms and conditions are applicable to bet on all sports and offered games like:

Betting on results of individual or group sports events, such as winner, exact results, number of goals scored (1st or 2nd half) etc.
Specified events during competition such as number of goals scored (in group’s stage, a whole competition, and a round), both teams to score, number of corners and bookings etc.

GAMES DESCRIPTION

Article 6.

In term of markets and selections regarding sports, additional explanation for new betting games, the Player can find in Attachment I, which is a part of Terms and Conditions.

BETTING INSTRUCTIONS

Article 7.

Sports betting use tags (abbreviation) which client can see in Attachment I for specified betting types such as “1”, “X”, “2”, like follows with specific signs “&”, “v”, “+”, “‐”,”%s”, “<“, “>”, “≤”, “≥” etc.
Sign “1” means home, sign ”X” means draw and sign “2” means away. In case of non-existence home or match is organized to be played at neutral field, sign “1” refers to team which name takes first place on the ticket.
“CHANCES” are special tags, types which mark, in the same time, two final results, so a player has to guess at least one of two final results. The final results are separated with “v” (or). According to this, the numbers of combinations are higher. E.g. Type “ki1 v ug3+” is winning if the match is finished as ki1 or ug3+ or both.
“COMBINATIONS” are special tags, types which mark, in the same time, two final results. A player has to guess both and the type is winning. The results are separated with “&” (and). According to this, the number of combination doesn’t increase. E.g. Type “ki1 & ug3+” is winning if the match is finished with both final results ki1 and ug3+.
“HANDICAP” presents leading goals (points, games, percentages, or other) of home versus away which Organizer offered in advance. Home’s total number of goals scored with handicap is calculated like this: real number of goal scored (points, games, percentages, or other) + number of goal scored (points, games, percentages, or other) according to handicap. In case the handicap is negative, home’s total number of goal scored is calculated like this: real number of goal scored (points, games, percentages, or other) – number of goal scored (points, games, percentages, or other).

Article 8.

The minimum amount per bet does not exist for any event or type.
The Organizer reserves the right to set the minimum amount per bet for specified events or event.
The Player commits to respect minimum and maximum bet per specified events or types that the Organizer announce via printed list of events or e-media (teletext, web, etc).

Article 9.

“Single bet” presents bet (combination) on only one event, on only one type from Attachment I if minimal condition is fulfilled for chosen event and type which the Organizer announced via printed list of events.

Article 10.

“Combined (regular, mix or fix) bet” presents combination one or more different events, if minimal condition is fulfilled for chosen event and type which the Organizer announced via printed list of events.

Article 11.

““System bet” is special method which it makes higher numbers of betting combinations. A player has an opportunity to form a group of events and to increase total number of combinations. Every event from this group has a mark “(S)” and type of system is showed on the top of the ticket (e.g. System 4/6).
“Fix” is a mark used to define specified event which it will participate in all single combinations player chose for betting. These events are marked with “(F)”.

Article 12.

“Double bet” is a special way of betting on two types and for the same event form Attached I. Using this kind of sports betting, the numbers of combinations increase 2x and payin per bet decreases 2x. These type has mark “(D)”. E.g. one double bet has two combinations; two double bets have four combinations, three double bets have six combinations etc.

Article 13.

“Bet per combination” is a number that a player through special extra payment marks how many times his combinations will participate in game and how many times a potential winning will increase. Bet per combination is equal payIn divide numbers of combinations.

Article 14.

“ODDS” is a decimal number. The Organizer defines the matches and provides odds and types for sport betting and calculates ticket winning.
In case that odds are determined separately for each event, odds per combination is equal multiplication all events.

Article 15.

Payable individual combination is combination where all single events and all types are winning that player chosen.

PROCESS AND CONDITIONS OF SPORTS BETTING

Article 16.

Sports betting payments can be realized at land based shops which Ministry of Finance Republic Montenegro – Bureau of Games of Chance had approved (the concession contract regulations).

Article 17.

Lists with odds for sports betting are printed 2 times per week – Tuesday (the Players can use for betting during the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and Friday ((the Players can use for betting during the Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Additional lists with odds for sports betting are printed every day. Sometimes, when there are a lot of events, they are printed several times (at 11am and 12am). Lists are published as printed addition and players can find them at all land based shops, as well as e-media (teletext, web site).
In printed additions, all types aren’t presented from Attached I, but players can take their bets on them, as well. Information about the odds and the betting types players can get from employees at land based shops or they can see them on web site (www.lob.me i www.lobbet.me).

Article 18.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the minimum amount per combination, minimum amount per ticket and maximum winning per ticket.

Article 19.

The Player fills in papers (forms) which the Organizer gives. The Player marks events and types as is shown in Attachment I.
Players must write id number of event, as well as type if they want to bet, otherwise betting is not acceptable.
The Organizer reserves the right in every moment, partly or completely, without giving special explanation, do not accept the betting.
The Organizer reserves the right to change previously published odds. In that case, the valid odd is the one established at the moment of payment.
When betting is accepted, the Organizer receives the payment from the Player and the Organizer gives ticket to the Player in return. The ticket must contain following information: address, date, chosen events, minimum and maximum amount of potential winning, amount of payment. The ticket presents a proof of betting. According to this, player reserves the right to be paid if ticket is winning.
According to odds (and special values) potential winning is calculated and printed on the Player’s ticket.
Valid odds are the odds printed on the ticket. Valid handicap is the one printed on the ticket. It is possible that odds on the screen and odds in the ticket are different for pre-match and inplay (live bet) matches, because of technical issues.
Odds, bands and handicaps for live betting are being constantly changed. Despite this, valid odds are the one printed on ticket and the ticket reversal is not possible.
It is possible that event id on the screen and event id in the ticket are different for pre-match and inplay (live bet) matches, because of technical issues. Valid event id is the one printed on the ticket.
The Organizer reserves the right to save the tickets for the purpose of correctness and the content of the ticket. All tickets are saved in electronic form, on the Organizer’s computer.

Article 20.

The Organized don’t have obligation to provide additional information such as type of competition (e.g. league or cup), short time, overtime of match (e.g. friendly matches, lower tournaments etc.), place of match (neutral field)…
The Organizer does not accept any liability for the information regarding name and type of competition, short time or overtime, match’s place, statistic, table and result previous matches are correct.
All outcomes with incomplete and incorrect information will be valid and winning will be calculated.

Article 21.

Final result is valid regardless who the home were. In case first team in the list is actually away and the second team in the list is home the event is valid and all winnings will be paid.

Article 22.

In case the Player realize that the ticket isn’t printed correctly by the Organizer side, the Player reserve the right to cancel the ticket within 5 minutes after printing and before match started and the money will be returned. This rule is invalid when it comes to live betting.
The Player takes responsibility of chosen event on ticket and it is not allow to claims the Organizer for incorrect data.
Virtual ticket is changeable and it is possible to delete them. After payment, the Player agrees to fulfill the contract and do not has a right to cancel the ticket.

Article 23.

The Player is obliged to fill legible the form and to give the Organizer before game started, unless otherwise stated.
The Player is forbidden to bet several time on the same event in one combination, unless otherwise stated.
Date and time of event presented in List is just information. Valid date and time is presented on official sites for that event.
Betting in break is opened for betting during the break.
Live betting is opened for betting during the game.
The Organizer reserves the right to change betting type and time for betting without giving special explanations.
The Organizer reserves the right to close event (cancel betting) during the game (live betting), in case technical issues (losing connection…) or some other reasons without giving special explanations. All concluded bets are valid and their canceling is not allowed.

THE WAY AND DEADLINE FOR TICKET PAYOUT

Article 24.

The Organizer determines exact final result according to official sites with information for that event (national and international associations, cup organizers etc.).
The Organizer shares exact information in land based shops in the early morning of day after events finished.
Results presented on teletext are unofficial.
The Organizer commits to pay all the winnings to the Player immediately after publishing official results and within 7 (seven) after publishing official results.
Official results are the only valid results. Additional changes (decisions at the green table) are not valid for results assessment.
Relevant results are the result announced after regular game (+ time compensation). Overtime or penal does not have influence of final results, unless otherwise stated.

Article 25.

In case incorrect results from official sites, the Organizer will re-publish exact results and all winning will be calculated according to new results.

Article 26.

During payout, the Player has to give the ticket. The ticket is the proof of betting.
Winning ticket consists of winning combinations. Winning combination contain all winning types.

Article 27.

Odds for combined and single bet (with one combination) present total odds on the ticket, while system and double tickets are summations all single combinations. Winning is equal multiplying total odds and payment, divided by number of combinations.
Exception: winning cannot be bigger that maximum winning defined in article 18. The Organiser reserves the right to change maximum amount for each ticket before ticket printed.

Article 28.

In case the ticket is lost or damaged the Organiser reserves the right to refuse ticket payout.

Article 29.

The Client reserves the right to send a written complaint within 7 days after the match results have been declared if they consider there have been some irregularities.
If the Organizer agrees that the complaint is valid, they must pay out winnings within 30 days.

Article 30.

Payoff winning tickets is out of date 21 days after publishing official results.

CANCELED EVENTS – ODDS 1.00 (ONE)

Article 31.

In that case, event contains wrong competitor or competitors, match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes (odd 1.00).
Example:
In offer was a match Italy – Poland. Played match was Italy U21 – Poland U21. Teams’ names are not correct, so the match will be treated as cancelled (odd 1.00).
In offer was a match Atl. San Lorenzo – Boca Jrs. Played match was Sp. San Lorenzo – Boca Unidos. Teams’ names are not correct, so the match will be treated as cancelled (odd 1.00).
In offer was a match Koln – Werder. Played match was Koln Am – Werter. Name of the first team is not correct, so the match will be treated as cancelled (odd 1.00).
In offer was a match Barcelona – Sevilla. Played match was Barcelona – Sevilla II. Name of the second team is not correct, so the match will be treated as cancelled (odd 1.00).

Article 32.

Any match abandoned before the completion will be void (except for tennis and baseball) the market must be fully determined for the bets to stand. In that case, an unplayed or cancelled match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes (odd 1.00).
According to article 24, at the beginning of the following day the Player can take the winning, unless the match is being played during the second day.
Tennis matches must be played during the tournament, so the ticket will be on hold.
For baseball matches with delay more than two hours the odds will be calculated as 1.00. For baseball matches with delay less than two hours, matches will be concluded.
In case, defined shooter do not shown up during the game (for football and any other sport) odds will be calculated as 1.00.

Article 33.

If it happens that the final conclusion of a betting agreement is made after the beginning of an event, then all the outcome of the event is estimated to be a winner with a quota of 1.00 (one) as canceled.
This rule is not valid for live betting.
If it happens that the final conclusion of a betting agreement is made after break then all the outcome of the event is estimated to be a winner with a quota of 1.00 (one) as canceled.

Article 34.

If the match is interrupted and it is not announced continuation of the match all odds will be calculated as 1.00.
If the match has to be continued or is replayed after the time-lapse of 48 hours or more, all results are estimated according continued or replayed match.
Closed game (type, results) win or lose is (type or results) absolutely unchangeable even though theoretically.
Unclosed game (type, results) win or lose is even theoretically changeable. In that case, the odds will be calculated as 1.00.
Example 1: If a football match Everon – Livepool is interrupted in 23rd minutes and result was 1:3. In one hand, winning types are: Ip 1+, Ip 2+, Ip 3+, tg 2+, tg 3+, tg 4+, GG, GG & tg3+, tg team2 2+, tg team2 3+…, because if match continues regardless final result, those types are winning. In the other hand, types like: Ip 0, Ip 0‐1, Ip 1‐2, Ip 2‐3, tg tim2 0, tg tim2 0‐1, NG… are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost. In case Ip 1, Ip X, Ip 2, ki 1, ki X, ki 2, ds 1X, ds X2, ds 12 pk 1‐1, pk 2‐2, tg 5+, tg 7+… this types are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00. because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning.

Example 2: If a football match Nice – Nantes has a result for I half time 2:2, and match is interrupted in 47th minutes and result was 2:2. In one hand, types: ki 1, ki X, ki 2, pk X‐1, pk X‐X, pk X‐2, tg 5+, tg 6+, tg 7+, tg team1 3+… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. On the other hand, winning types are: tg 2+, tg 3+, tg 4+, GG, GG2+, GG & 3+, tg tim1 2+, tg team2 2+…, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are winning. Types: Ip 1, Ip 2, Ip 0, Ip 0‐1, Ip 1‐2, Ip tim2 0‐1 are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost.

Example 3: If a football match Hannover – Werder Nantes has a result for I half time 2:0, and match is interrupted in 89th minutes and result was 5:0. On one hand types ki 1, ki X, ki 2, pk 1‐1, pk 1‐X, pk 1‐2, GG, GG2+, NG, tg 6+, tg 7+, tg team2 2++… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. On the other hand, winning types are winning: tg 2+, tg3+, tg 4+, tg 5+, tg team1 1+, tg team1 2+, tg team1 3+… because if match continues, regardless final result those types will still be winning. Types pk 1‐1, pk 1‐X, pk 1‐2, pk X‐1, pk X‐X, pk X‐2, dp… are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost.

Example 4: If a football match Sevilla – Barcelona has a result for I half time 0:3, and match is interrupted in 89th minutes and result was 0:4. Types ki 1, ki X, ki 2, pk 2‐1, pk 2‐X, pk 2‐2, GG, GG2+, NG, tg 5+, tg 6+, tg 7+, tg tim1 2+… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. Types: tg 2+, tg 3+, tg 4+, tg team2 1+, tg team2 2+… are winning, because if match continues, regardless final result those types will still be winning. Types: tg team1 0, tr 0:0, tr 0:1, tr 0:2… are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost.

Example 5: If a football match Iskra – Buducnost has a result for I half time 0:0, and match is interrupted in 67th minutes and result was 1:0. Types: ki 1, ki X, ki 2, pk X‐1, pk X‐X, pk X‐2, tg 0‐2, tg 3+, tg 5+, GG, NG, tg team1 2+, tg team2 2+… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. Types: tg team1 1+, I < II… are wining because if match continues, regardless final result those types will still be winning. Types: Ip 1, Ip 2, Ip 1+, Ip 2+, Ip 3+, Ip team1 2+, Ip team2 2+ … are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost.

Example 6: If a football match Vojvodina – OFK Beograd has a result for I half time 2:0, and match is interrupted on half time. Types: ki 1, ki X, ki 2, pk 1‐1, pk 1‐X, pk 1‐2, GG, GG2+, NG, tg 2‐3, tg 3+, tg 5+, tg team2 2+… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. Types: tg 2+, tg, team1 1+, tg team1 2+…… are wining because if match continues, regardless final result those types will still be winning. Types: pk X‐1, pk X‐X, pk X‐2, pk 2‐1, pk 2‐X, pk 2‐2, dp 2 are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost.

Example 7: If a football match Juventus – Bologna is interrupted in 35rd minutes and result was 0:0, than there is no closed types and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning.

Example 8: If a basketball match Atlanta – Detroit is interrupted in 4th quarter and result was 90:102 (1st Q 19:28; 2nd Q 17:25; 3rd Q 25:24; 4th Q 29:25), band points per team is 95,5 and band total points 191,5, than types: kibp 1, kibp X, kibp 2, kisp1, kisp2, hksp1, hksp2… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. Types regarding I, II, III quarter are closed, as well as types for I half time. Types: t2p uk<, upsp< … are lost, because if match continues, regardless final result those types are lost. Types: t1p uk<, t1p uk> are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning (band points per team is 95.5).

Example 9: If a tennis match Djokovic N. – Federer R. is interrupted in 3rd set and result was 1:1 (7:5, 4:6, 5:2) game band for first two sets was 10.5, and band for all sets was 23.5, then types: ki 1, ki 2, hg 1, hg2… are not closed and the odds will be calculated as 1.00., because there is theoretical option that those types can be winning. Types regarding I and II sets are closed, as well as bars1, bars2, tg>, tip tg<.

Article 35.

The Organizer reserves the right to calculate odds 1.00 if odd (presented on site www.oddsportal.com) is visibly incorrect during the ticket printing.

Article 36.

When it comes to live betting and betting during break articles 31,32,34,35 and 36 are valid.
The Organizer reserves the right for live betting and betting during the break to calculate odds like 1.00 if there are some of cases below:

During ticket printing – there is incorrect result
During ticket printing – red cards are not marked
During ticket printing – a penal is not recorded which it happened in that moment or several minutes before.

TRADE SECRET

Article 38.

Employees at land based shops must keep following information secret and confidential:

About participants (number of visits, players, spent or earned money)
About shops’ financial results
Employees in shop.

Data from this article the Organizer may announce third part, only on way stated by law.

Article 39.

The organizer reserves the right to record players winning according to law of Game of Chance by Republic of Montenegro.

Article 40.

The Client agrees to provide all the relevant personal information to the Organizer upon registration. All information supplied when registering loyalty card must be accurate and complete in all respects. The Organizer must keep them information secret and confidential.
Data from this article the Organizer may announce third part, only on way stated by law.

BEHAVIOR IN LAND BASE SHOPS

Article 41.

The Organizer must take care of maintaining the order and protecting the participants at shops.
The Players must behave politely and may not disturb any other player at shop.
All applicants must be over 18 years of age and of legal capacity to place a bet. The Organizer reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any client and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
The Player has to take risk of gambling addiction into consideration. If the Client wishes to take a break, or a permanently cancel their account, the Organizer will disable utilization of their products and services for a certain period of time (limited or unlimited).
The Player may not, in the name of another player or in combination with other players, place bets. The Player may place bets only in his name.
The Player may not be included on placing bets if he/she is participant in selected events, active member, official, coach, as well as employees in shop.
If the Player does not follow the rules listed above, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel bets and forbid access to shop.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 43.

The Organizer is fully responsible for the regularity of betting in case of compliance with these rules by the Player.
The Organizer commits to pay all winnings to the Client according to Terms and Conditions and after that, all the Organizers obligations toward the Player ends.
In case of litigation between the Organizer and the Player, the court in Podgorica will be competent.

Article 44.

These rules will be outstanding and available to players at organizer’s shops.
The Organizer consider each player accepted these terms and conditions before betting.

Article 45.

Should there be any discrepancies in interpretation, the Montenegrin language version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
