According to the Law of Game of chance by Republic of Montenegro (Sl.list RCG br. 13/07 from 18.12.2007.), “LOB COMMPANY” LTD, day 30.10.2017. brings:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– DESCRIPTION OF VIRTUAL GAME OF CHANCE “LUCKY SIX –

DESCRIPTION OF VIRTUAL GAME OF CHANCE “LUCKY SIX”

Article 1.

“Lucky Six” is virtual betting game, where computer-generated events of drawing numbers, with the addition of TV monitors and the random number generator is used to select the events (RNG-Random Number Generator). The player is enabled to bet on the outcomes of computer-generated events of the offered regular, special and system betting.

“Lucky Six” contains 48 numbers where 35 are randomly generated in one round. The numbers are split into 8 groups of 6 numbers. Each group is marked with a specific color: red, green, blue, purple, brown, yellow, orange and black, as follows:

  1. red group of numbers: 1, 9, 17, 25, 33, 41;
  2. green group of numbers: 2, 10, 18, 26, 34, 42;
  3. blue group of numbers: 3, 11, 19, 27, 35, 43;
  4. purple group of numbers : 4, 12, 20, 28, 36, 44 ;
  5. brown group of numbers: 5, 13, 21, 29, 37, 45;
  6. yellow group of numbers: 6, 14, 22, 30, 38, 46;
  7. orange group of number: 7, 15, 23, 31, 39, 47;
  8. black group of number: 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48.

“Lucky Six” is organized at organizer’s land based shops where rounds and outcomes are shown on TV screens. One round lasts maximum 5 min and 30 seconds and consists of announcement, countdown and visual ending of the countdown, display of coefficients for all betting types and generated numbers of outcome announcement.

“Lucky Six” outcomes, outcomes offered by regular, system and special bets are statistically independent, random and unpredictable numbers, generated by random number generator (RNG ‐ Random Number Generator) which is certified by a laboratory accredited by ISO / IEC 17025. All this is confirmed by an appropriate certificate of compatibility.

REGULAR BETTING

Article 2.

Main bet 6/35 implies that player chooses 6 different numbers out of 48 numbers in total (in range from 1 to 48). During the round from 48 numbers offered, 35 are randomly generated. If 6 numbers choosen by the player are amoung these 35 the player wins the money price. Price is equal to stake multiplied by coeficient marked becide last, sixth number. Coeficient are added to each number, started from 6th to 35th generated number, according to following:

  1. Last number guessed is on sixth generated number; winning amount is 10.000,00 x stake;
  2. Last number guessed is on seventh generated number; winning amount is 7.500,00 x stake;
  3. Last number guessed is on eight generated number; winning amount is 5.000,00 x stake;
  4. Last number guessed is on ninth generated number; winning amount is 2.500,00 x stake;
  5. Last number guessed is on tenth generated number; winning amount is 1.000,00 x stake;
  6. Last number guessed is on eleventh generated number; winning amount is 500,00 x stake;
  7. Last number guessed is on twelfth generated number; winning amount is 300,00 x stake;
  8. Last number guessed is on thirteenth generated number; winning amount is 200,00 x stake;
  9. Last number guessed is on fourteenth generated number; winning amount is 150,00 x stake;
  10. Last number guessed is on fifteenth generated number; winning amount is 100,00 x stake;
  11. Last number guessed is on sixteenth generated number; winning amount is 90,00 x stake;
  12. Last number guessed is on seventeenth generated number; winning amount is 80,00 x stake;
  13. Last number guessed is on eighteenth generated number; winning amount is 70,00 x stake;
  14. Last number guessed is on nineteenth generated number; winning amount is 60,00 x stake;
  15. Last number guessed is on twenty generated number; winning amount is 50,00 x stake;
  16. Last number guessed is on twenty and first generated number; winning amount is 40,00 x stake;
  17. Last number guessed is on twenty-second generated number; winning amount is 30,00 x stake;
  18. Last number guessed is on twenty-third generated number; winning amount is 25,00 x stake;
  19. Last number guessed is on twenty-fourth generated number; winning amount is 20,00 x stake;
  20. Last number guessed is on twenty-fifth generated number; winning amount is 15,00 x stake;
  21. Last number guessed is on Twenty-six generated number; winning amount is 10,00 x stake;
  22. Last number guessed is on twenty-seventh generated number; winning amount is 9,00 x stake;
  23. Last number guessed is on Twenty-eight generated number; winning amount is 8,00 x stake;
  24. Last number guessed is on Twenty-ninth generated number; winning amount is 7,00 x stake;
  25. Last number guessed is on thirty generated number; winning amount is 6,00 x stake;
  26. Last number guessed is on thirty-first generated number; winning amount is 5,00 x stake;
  27. Last number guessed is on thirty-second generated number; winning amount is 4,00 x stake;
  28. Last number guessed is on thirty-third generated number; winning amount is 3,00 x stake;
  29. Last number guessed is on thirty-fourth generated number; winning amount is 2,00 x stake;
  30. Last number guessed is on twelfth-fifth generated number; winning amount is 1,00 x stake.

On 35 displayed numbers which are generated during the round, there are 2 image symbols (hereinafter: “Symbol”). The Symbol gives a player a bonus coefficient in the following cases:

  1. If there are 6 winning numbers selected by a player, among 35 generated numbers and if there is the Symbol beside one of those 6 numbers, coefficient of last extracted, winning number from winning combination is doubled.
  2. If there are 6 winning numbers selected by a player, among 35 generated numbers and if there are 2 Symbols beside one of those 6 numbers, coefficient of last extracted, winning number from winning combination is doubled.

Position of the Symbols on mentioned display is random and cannot be predicted.

SPECIAL BETTING

Article 3.

Color bet (6/1):
The player is enabled to choose and guess the color of generated group of balls. The win is achieved if during the round, 6 balls of the same color, previously chosen by a player, are generated. On this bets regular betting coefficient is applied. First 5 – odd/even:
The player is enabled to guess whether in the first 5 generated numbers will be more odd or even numbers. Coefficient on both outcomes is 1, 80. First number – Odd/Even: The player is enabled to guess whether the first generated number in a round will be odd or even. Coefficient on both outcomes is 1.80.
Pre numbers sum (‐122.5+):
A player is enabled to guess whether the sum of first five generated numbers will be lower or higher than 122.5. Coefficient on both outcomes is 1, 80. First number (-24.5+):
The player is enabled to guess whether first generated number in round will be lower or higher than 24, 5. Coefficient on both outcomes is 1, 80. First ball color:
The player is enabled guess what will be the color of first generated ball. The player can choose from one, two or three colors. Outcome coefficients are added as follows:
  1. If first generated number match the color chosen by a player, coefficient is 7,20;
  2. If first generated number match one from two colors chosen by a player, coefficient is 3,60;
  3. If first generated number match one from four colors chosen by a player, coefficient is 1,80.

SYSTEM BETTING

SYSTEM BETTING

System betting enables player to choose more than 6 from 48 offered numbers. The player can choose 7, 8, 9 or 10 numbers, thereby forming pre-defined systems 6/7, 6/8, 6/9, 6/10. Winning is achieved if player hits maximum 6 from total number that he chose. Following the increase of chosen numbers, the number of combination increases as well as follows:

  1. For system 6/7 possible number of combination is 7;
  2. For system 6/8 possible number of combination is 28;
  3. For system 6/9 possible number of combination is 84;
  4. For system 6/10 possible number of combination is 210.

In System betting the win is calculated in such a way that the total bet on the ticket is shared with a number of combinations, after which the given amount of the stake is multiplied by the coefficient indicated with the last hit number of the winning combination.
If player wins in System betting and if there is a Symbol beside one of the selected, generated number, coefficient by last extracted, winning number will be doubled in all winning combinations that contain the Symbol.
If player wins in System betting and if there is a Symbol beside two of the selected, generated numbers, coefficient by last extracted, winning number will be tripled in all winning combinations that contain the Symbol.

ADDITIONAL TICKET

Article 5.

Future ticket enables player to bet on the same outcome, at the same betting ticket, for the next few or maximum 10 rounds, counting from the first round in which the bet was placed. All regular, special and system bets can be played on the Future betting ticket.
Multiticket enables player to guess more possible outcomes for the next round, at one betting ticket, for regular, special and system betting.

FINAL REGULATIONS

Article 6.

Canceled ticket: “Lucky Six” offers player a possibility to give up of the made payment 5 seconds before the countdown. Future ticket can be canceled at latest 5 seconds before countdown of the first round. The player is not allowed to give up afterwards of the made payment.
Minimum payin (stake) and maximum payout per ticket: Minimum and maximum payment per ticket and maximum payout in regular betting and special betting are determined by organizer of game of chance.
Cancellation or disposal of the event: In case of cancellation or disposal of the event “Lucky Six” a possibility of printed outcome of last 10 rounds is offered.
Event result: When it comes to virtual games sometimes is hard to spot the result visually. Considering this, only the official results, published on that day, for that event, are taken into account.

Article 7.

Should there be any discrepancies in interpretation, the Terms and Conditions on Montenegrin language shall prevail.
