The Organizer of betting games is “LOB COMMPANY” d.o.o., and the betting participant is a visitor of these pages who has an open user account at www.lobbet.me, fills in a request for payment of funds, sends it to the Organizer of betting games and makes payment through credit cards.
ORDERING
The betting participant makes the payment of funds to his user account via an electronic order form.
Participant in betting is any person who has an open user account at the Online Service of Organizer of betting games.
All prices are in EUR (€). The buyer also has the ability to display prices in US dollars.
Payment to the user account electronically is done on the form “Payment by payment card”.
The payment is considered concluded at the moment when the betting participant chooses and confirms the method of payment.
PAYMENT
Payments to the user account are made online with one of the credit and debit cards: MasterCard® or Maestro®
From one credit or debit card payment can only be made to one user account.
The minimum transaction amount is 10 €. The maximum transaction amount is 2000 €. The maximum allowed number of transactions per participant in betting during 24 hours is 10 times. The minimum payment to the checking account is € 20.
The Organizer of betting games is obligated to increase the balance on the user account of the participant in the betting at the same moment when he receives a confirmation that approves the online transaction. The Organizer is obliged to send the notice exclusively in the form of an e-mail to the betting participant, where the information on the transaction is found.
DELIVERY
Payment to the user account of the participants in betting is carried out immediately, and no later than 24 hours, upon receipt of a confirmation of the successfully executed online transaction.
If the participant in betting does not receive the transaction notification, after being sent, in the expected time, the betting participant has the right to inform the Organizer of betting games about this in order to take action to verify the correctness of the online transaction.
RECLAMATIONS
For all data that the betting participant incorrectly enters in the form of “Payment by payment card”, the Organizer of betting games does not bear responsibility, and the complaint on the transactions executed will not be accepted by the Organizer.
PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHTS
All rights of publishers and program owners on recorded and printed work are reserved. The publisher and bearer is “LOB COMMPANY” d.o.o. A participant in betting undertakes not to duplicate, perform, use, or distribute Organizer’s products or any portion of such products unauthorizedly.
