RULES OF GAMES

BETTING ON SPORTING AND SPECIAL EVENTS

BASIC PROVISIONS

Article 1.

These rules govern the organization of special games of chance betting (hereinafter: “betting”) and contain provisions regarding the organization of betting, conditions for participation in betting, location of betting operations, stake amount per combination, deadline for accepting stakes, prize fund management, publication of game results, deadline for prize payment, information provided to betting participants regarding betting rules, procedures in case of postponement or change of event timing, Organizer’s responsibilities, business confidentiality, maintenance of order at payment-payout locations, conduct of betting participants at payment-payout locations, employee regulations, as well as other matters of significance for betting organization.

Article 2.

The betting services under Article 1 are organized by “LOB COMPANY” Ltd, a limited liability company with registered office at Josipa Broza Tita 19, Podgorica, PIB 02335450 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

Article 3.

These rules constitute the general terms and conditions for concluding participation agreements for all types of betting with the Organizer, and such agreement is deemed concluded when the participant makes payment to the Organizer for betting participation.
These rules are binding upon both the Organizer and betting participants, who are obligated to comply with them in full.

Article 4.

Betting is a special game of chance wherein the Organizer predetermines events and odds for betting, and participants freely select bet types by marking the outcome of offered events or groups of events on auxiliary betting slips or forms issued by the Organizer.
Betting is organized continuously in time-limited rounds.
The commencement or conclusion of rounds does not affect the evaluation of bet types on events or the calculation of winnings on tickets.

Article 5.

The provisions of these Rules apply to all betting that can be organized in individual and team sports and in various other events that by their nature may be the subject of betting games.
Participants may place bets in accordance with these rules on:

  1. Results of individual or group sporting events or other events (event winner, exact match result, number of goals in the match or in the first or second half, which half will have more goals, which player or team will score the first goal, whether both teams will score, etc.).
  2. Specific events during a sporting competition or part thereof or another competition (number of goals scored (in the group stage, the entire competition, championship round, etc.), which player or team will score the most goals, who scores more or fewer goals than the shown threshold, number of corners or cards in matches or at the competition, etc.).
  3. Special bets consisting of one or more events predefined by the Organizer in the offer, with the bet name serving as the explanation (additional information may also be provided).

GAME DESCRIPTIONS

Article 6.

Due to continuous modifications in the number and types of betting games (to optimize the offer), descriptions and explanations of games are provided at the conclusion of these rules in Appendix I, which constitutes an integral part of these Rules, organized by sports offered by the Organizer.
Every additional game (bet type) will be documented by an Appendix and added on the Organizer’s website/application.

AVAILABLE BET TYPES AND METHODS

Article 7.

Betting employs bet type markings (games) specified in Appendix I. For certain betting types, symbols “1”, “X”, “2” may be used, as well as markings from “0” to “9” and special characters “&”, “v”, “+”, “-“, “%”, “(“, “)”, “<“, “>”, “≤”, “≥”, etc.
The symbol “1” refers to the home team, the symbol “X” refers to a draw result, while the symbol “2” refers to the away team. In cases where home advantage does not exist or matches are played on neutral venues, symbol “1” refers to the first-named team on the ticket, while symbol “2” refers to the second-named team on the ticket.
“CHANCE” bets are special markings/types that simultaneously designate two outcomes where at least one outcome must be correctly predicted for the bet type to be winning, and outcomes are separated by the special symbol “v” (or). This does not increase the number of combinations on the ticket because a separate odd is provided in the list of events and it is calculated as a distinct bet type. Example: “ki1 v ug3+” wins if “ki1” is correct or “ug3+” is correct or both are correct.
“COMBINATION” bets are special markings/types that simultaneously designate two outcomes where both outcomes must be correctly predicted for the bet type to be winning, and outcomes are separated by the special symbol “&” (and). This does not increase the number of combinations on the ticket because a separate odd is provided in the list of events and it is calculated as a distinct bet type. Example: “ki1 & ug3+” wins if “ki1” is correct and “ug3+” is also correct.
“HANDICAP” represents an advantage (or handicap) in goals (points, games, percentages, or other values related to the betting event) that the Organizer assigns in advance to the first-named participant (home team) of the event listed for betting. The final event outcome with handicap is determined by adding the number of goals (points, games, percentages, etc.) actually scored by the first-named participant (home team) to the handicap amount specified. In case of a negative handicap, the absolute handicap value is subtracted from the actually scored values of the first-named participant (home team).

Article 8.

No minimum play conditions exist for any events or bet types.
For specific events and/or bet types, the Organizer reserves the right to establish a minimum play requirement.
Betting participants must observe any minimum and maximum number of events for each bet type as announced by the Organizer in the event list for a specific betting round or via electronic media (teletext, web, etc.).

Article 9.

A “single bet” represents a wager (combination) on only one event, using only one bet type from Appendix I of these rules, provided the minimum condition for the given event and bet type is satisfied as stated by the Organizer in the event list.

Article 10.

A “combined (ordinary, mixed, or accumulator) bet” represents a combination placing one bet type on two or more different events, provided minimum conditions for the given events and bet types are satisfied as stated by the Organizer in the event list.

Article 11.

A “system bet” is a special method for forming (increasing) the number of betting combinations by allowing the player to create groups of events that increase the total number of individual betting combinations. Each such event is marked on the ticket with “(S)” and the system type is shown on the ticket below the list of events and bet types (e.g., System: 4/6).
“Banker” (Fix) is a designation used in system play to mark a particular event that will participate in all individual combinations the participant selected for betting. Such events are marked on the ticket with “(F)”.

Article 12.

A “double chance bet” is a special way of placing any two bet types from Appendix I of these rules on the same event on the ticket. Any two bet types from Appendix I may be placed as a double chance. This doubles the existing number of combinations, thereby halving the stake per combination. Such events are marked on the ticket with “(D)”. Example: 1 double chance equals 2 combinations; 2 double chances equal 4 combinations; 3 double chances equal 8 combinations, etc.

Article 13.

“STAKE PER COMBINATION” or participation multiplier is the number whereby the participant, with an extra payment, designates how many times their combinations participate in the game, i.e., how many times potential winnings on the ticket will be multiplied. It equals the stake amount divided by the number of combinations.

Article 14.

“ODDS” is a decimal number predetermined by the Organizer for each event and each bet type subject to betting and is used to calculate the winning amount on the ticket.
The odd can be determined for each event separately, as part of a single combination, or for the total combination comprising all events that make up that combination.
When odds are determined for each event separately, the odd of an individual combination is obtained by multiplying the odds of all the individual events.

Article 15.

A winning individual combination is one in which all bet types (outcomes) of all events chosen by the participant and included in that combination have been correctly predicted.

BETTING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS

Article 16.

Betting payments are accepted at payment-payout locations of betting shops identified by special signage (concession agreement) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Montenegro – Administration for Games of Chance.

Article 17.

For improved readability in lists and supplements, it is not possible to display every bet type from the Appendix for each event. Although all bet types may not be shown for a particular event, participants may place any of the available bet types from the offer on any event. Information on the amount of odds for a specific bet type on a particular event may be obtained from employees at payment-payout locations or via the web service (www.lobbet.me).

Article 18.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the minimum stake per combination, minimum stake per ticket, and the maximum payout amount for ticket winnings.

Article 19.

Betting participants complete auxiliary slips (forms) issued by the Organizer by marking the event on which they are betting and the desired bet types using the symbols from Appendix I of these rules, and they are obliged to adhere to the markings and explanations of bet types (games) provided in Appendix I.
Participants must, for each event, indicate the event code and the bet type (game, outcome) they wish to play on the given event. Otherwise, the bet is invalid, and the Organizer reserves the right not to accept the bet.
The Organizer reserves the right at any moment, partially or completely, without giving specific reasons, not to accept a participant’s bet.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the odds published in the event list or daily supplements.
When the bet is accepted, the Organizer receives payment from the participant and then issues the participant a ticket, an authenticated confirmation of participation in betting, which contains the location, address, time, date, the participant’s selections, any maximum and minimum odds, any maximum and minimum winning amounts, the number of combinations on the ticket, the type of any system, and the amount of payment received. The ticket is proof of participation on the basis of which the participant later has the right to payment of any winnings.
When calculating the winning amount on the ticket, only the odds (and special values) valid at the time of payment and printed on the participant’s ticket are taken into account.
The valid odd for any event betting, as well as for live betting, is exclusively the one printed on the paid ticket. The valid handicap or limit value (goals, baskets, cards, corners, etc.) is exclusively the one printed on the paid ticket. Due to potential technical issues, differences may occur between the odd (or special value) shown on the odds display platform (list, supplement, teletext, web, etc.) and the odd (or special value) printed on the ticket, for both pre-match and live betting.
In live betting, odds and special values (handicaps or limits) change continuously. Whether the odd or special value changed at the moment of paying the ticket, such tickets remain valid and cannot be cancelled (storned).
Due to technical problems, the event code shown on the list (odds display platform) may differ from the event code on the paid ticket, such that the list ties one code to a different event than the one on the paid ticket. The valid event for calculating the ticket’s payout is exclusively the event shown on the paid ticket.
For bets placed at payment-payout locations, the decisive version for correctness and content of the bet is the electronically stored bet on the Organizer’s computers.

Article 20.

The Organizer has no obligation to provide additional information such as competition type (e.g., league, tournament, or cup), shortened or extended match duration (e.g., friendly matches, small tournaments, youth competitions, indoor tournaments), venue (e.g., neutral venue), etc.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of additional information provided, such as competition type and name, shortened or extended match duration, venues, as well as statistics, tables, and previous match results.
All friendly football matches played in formats 2×40, 2×45, and 2×50 are calculated as valid, while all other formats (3×30, 3×40, 3×45, 2×60, 2×45+30, etc.) are considered winning with odds 1.00 regardless of the result at any moment of the match.
If results are unavailable on the official website of the given league, results from reliable international betting operators are used as valid, provided the result matches across multiple sources.
Friendly match settlement is performed after completion of the match to confirm the result and other relevant information (e.g., match format).

Article 20a.

Special bets (e.g., mixes, Daily Specials, etc.) offered by the Organizer are valid only during regular match time plus referee’s stoppage time, while any extra time is not counted unless otherwise specified in the bet type or offer.
Time-specific bets, i.e., bets that contain a time, are calculated such that the bet wins if achieved at least one second before the time defined by the bet.
Example: FIRST BREAK BEFORE 5TH MINUTE – The first break must occur no later than 4:59 for the bet to win. If it occurs at 5:00, the bet loses.

Article 21.

The achieved event result is valid regardless of who the home team is. If the first-named team in the event list is actually the away team and the second-named team is actually the home team, such event is valid and all bets (winning or losing) on that event will be valid.

Article 22.

If a participant determines that a non-live bet was not validated by the Organizer in accordance with their request, the participant has the right to withdraw from the bet and request cancellation and a refund after payment, no later than 5 (five) minutes after concluding the bet and before the start of the first event on the ticket.
The player is solely responsible for their selections and cannot claim that information provided by the betting shop was incorrect or incomplete.
Cancellation and refund for live bets after the conclusion of the betting agreement is not possible. The participant may modify or delete a virtual betting slip at any time until final payment confirmation. By confirming payment, the participant agrees to fulfill the contract and waives the right of withdrawal or cancellation.

Article 23.

The participant must legibly complete the auxiliary slip and submit it for validation to the Organizer before the start of the first event on which they are betting, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
The participant is not allowed to bet multiple times on the same event within a single combination, unless expressly approved by the Organizer in the event list or daily supplement.
The date and time of the start of the event shown in the event list are informational. The start time is the time indicated in official information sources for the given event.
For pause (break-period) betting, bets are accepted during the break.
For live betting, bets are accepted during the match.
The Organizer reserves the right to change, without special explanation, the time until which it accepts a particular bet type and for any event.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel further betting on a live event (remove it from the offer) due to technical problems (loss of satellite connection with the venue, disturbances at the venue, etc.) or for any other reason without special explanation. All bets concluded up to that point remain valid and cannot be cancelled.

METHOD AND DEADLINE FOR TICKET PAYOUT

Article 24.

The Organizer determines the official result of an event based on official sources of information for that event as officially published by the organizer of the competition or event (national or international association, cup organizer, etc.).
On the following calendar day, at the beginning of business hours, the Organizer publishes at all payment-payout locations the official printed report of results for completed events.
Results shown on teletext are unofficial.
The Organizer will make payments immediately upon publication of official results at payment-payout locations, and no later than 7 (seven) days from the day of publication where disputed results or outcomes exist.
For assessment of outcomes after the event, only official results from the competent association are relevant. Subsequent changes by the association (so-called “green table” decisions) are not valid for bet assessment.
Only results after regular time (+ referee’s stoppage time) are relevant. Extra time or penalty shootouts do not affect the outcome unless specifically noted in the descriptions of bet types in Appendix I or in the event list.

Article 25.

In the event of an incorrectly published official result of an event, the Organizer will, immediately upon noticing the error, republish the correct official result for that event and assess all bet types (outcomes) according to the newly published, correct result.

Article 26.

When paying winnings, the participant submits to the Organizer the confirmation of participation – the ticket that contains at least one winning individual combination.
A winning individual combination is one that contains no incorrect bet type (Article 15).

Article 27.

For combined or single bets (with one combination) the odd of that single combination also represents the total odd on the ticket, while for system or double-chance tickets the total odd on the ticket is obtained by summing the odds of individual combinations. The potential winning amount on the ticket is obtained by multiplying the total odd by the stake per combination, i.e., by multiplying the total odd by the stake and dividing by the number of combinations (the stake value and number of combinations are shown on the ticket below the list of events selected by the participant).
Exception to the method of determining the winning amount from paragraph 1 of this Article, the winning amount cannot exceed the maximum winning amount on the ticket defined in Article 18 of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the maximum winning amount for any ticket before final confirmation of payment, which will be printed on the ticket.

Article 27a.

BONUSES: During promotional periods for bonuses, whose duration, rules for achieving the bonus and the method of determining the bonus amount will be prominently displayed at payment-payout locations and on the Organizer’s website, players may achieve a bonus on the winnings defined in Article 27 paragraph 1.
In accordance with Article 27 paragraph 2, as an exception to the method of determining the winning amount with a bonus from paragraph 1 of this Article, the winning amount with a bonus cannot exceed the maximum winning amount on the ticket defined in Article 18 of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the maximum winning amount for any ticket before final confirmation of payment, which will be printed on the ticket.
The minimum and maximum possible bonus amounts will be displayed on the printed ticket in accordance with the rules for determining the bonus amount at the time the ticket is played.
A difference between the achieved bonus amount and the bonus printed on the ticket may occur due to cancellation of a specific event type on the ticket (odd 1.00).

Article 27b.

CASH OUT: During promotional periods for cash out (payment of part of the winning before all events on the ticket are played), whose duration, rules for achieving cash out and the method of determining the cash out amount will be prominently displayed at payment-payout locations, in printed media and on the Organizer’s website, players may achieve a cash out as defined by the posted rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or change the possible cash out amount without giving a special explanation.

Article 27c.

CASH BACK: During promotional periods for cash back (refund of the ticket payment), whose duration, rules for achieving cash back and the method of determining the cash back amount will be prominently displayed at payment-payout locations, in printed media and on the Organizer’s website, players may achieve a cash back as defined by the posted rules.

Article 28.

In case of loss of the confirmation of participation in betting or its damage to the extent that it is not possible to reliably determine the authenticity of the bet, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse payment of the winnings.

Article 29.

The participant has the right, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the official report on results and outcomes of events, to file a written complaint to the Organizer if they believe that the Organizer did not correctly assess the outcome or the amount of the achieved winning on the ticket.
If the Organizer determines that the complaint is justified, it is obliged, within 7 (seven) days after the expiry of the period from paragraph 1 of this Article, to pay the amount of the achieved winning to the participant.

Article 30.

Payment of cash winnings in betting expires 21 days from the date of publication of the official result report of the last event on the ticket.

CANCELLED EVENTS — EVENTS WITH ODDS 1.00 (VOID)

Article 31.

If an event contains an incorrect participant or incorrect participants, all bet types (outcomes) on such an event shall be considered winning with odds 1.00 (void).
EXAMPLES:
Offer listed: Italy – Poland. Match played: Italy U21 – Poland U21. Since neither participant name is correct, all bet types (outcomes) on Italy – Poland are considered winning with odds 1.00 (void).
Offer listed: Atl. San Lorenzo – Boca Jrs. Match played: Sp. San Lorenzo – Boca Unidos. Since neither participant name is correct, all bet types (outcomes) on Atl. San Lorenzo – Boca Jrs. are considered winning with odds 1.00 (void).
Offer listed: Koln – Werder. Match played: Koln Am – Werder. Since the first participant name is incorrect, all bet types (outcomes) on Koln – Werder are considered winning with odds 1.00 (void).
Offer listed: Barcelona – Sevilla. Match played: Barcelona – Sevilla II. Since the second participant name is incorrect, all bet types (outcomes) on Barcelona – Sevilla are considered winning with odds 1.00 (void).

Article 32.

If any event, except tennis and baseball, is postponed for any reason and is not completed by the end of the following calendar day compared to the start time shown on the ticket, then on the second following calendar day, at the beginning of business hours, an official report is published for that event by which all outcomes are assessed as winning with odds 1.00 (void).
In accordance with Article 24 of these rules, on the morning of the second following calendar day compared to the start time shown on the ticket, the participant may collect the achieved winning.
Exceptionally, when the event is played during the following calendar day compared to the start time shown on the ticket, all outcomes are assessed as if the event had been played at the start time shown on the ticket, i.e., as concluded (winning or losing).
For tennis matches, completion of that match within the tournament is awaited, regardless of the waiting period.
For baseball, all games that start with more than a 2 (two) hour delay compared to the start time shown on the ticket are immediately assessed as winning with odds 1.00 (void). Baseball games that start with less than a 2 (two) hour delay compared to the start time shown on the ticket are calculated as concluded.
If the listed goalscorer in football or other matches/tournaments does not enter the match at all, i.e., does not play any moment of the match/tournament, all outcomes on that scorer are assessed as winning with odds 1.00 (void).

Article 33.

If it occurs that the final conclusion of the betting agreement was made after the start of an event, then all outcomes on that event are assessed as winning with odds 1.00 (void).
Paragraph 1 of this Article does not apply to live events (live bet), nor to pause (break-period) betting specifically marked on the ticket.
In pause betting, if it occurs that the final conclusion of the bet was made after the end of the break of an event, then all outcomes on that event are assessed as winning with odds 1.00 (void).

Article 34.

In case of interruption of an event at any moment, without the referee immediately declaring the official result after the interruption, as well as in case of non-playing or non-continuation of the event until the end of the following calendar day, all bet types (games, outcomes) that are not concluded at the moment of interruption will be calculated as winning with odds 1.00 (void).
If an event is replayed or continued until the end of the following calendar day, then all bet types (games, outcomes) are assessed according to the result achieved on that replayed or continued event.
A concluded bet type (game, outcome), whether winning or losing, is the one whose outcome, even theoretically, would not change if the match were completed.
A bet type (game, outcome) that is not concluded, whether it is winning or losing at the moment of interruption, is considered one for which there exists at least a theoretical probability that the outcome could change if the match were completed; such bet type will be calculated as winning with odds 1.00 (void).
EXAMPLE 1: If the football match Everton – Liverpool is interrupted in the 23rd minute at 1:3, then e.g., lp 1+, lp 2+, lp 3+, ug 2+, ug 3+, ug 4+, GG, GG & ug3+, ug tim2 2+, ug tim2 3+, etc. are concluded and winning; while lp 0, lp 0–1, lp 1–2, lp 2–3, ug tim2 0, ug tim2 0–1, NG, etc. are concluded and losing. Concluded are all types related to the first and second set outcomes and game counts. Concluded and winning: bars1, bars2, ug> (both players won a set and over 23.5 games played); concluded and losing: ug<.

Article 35.

The Organizer reserves the right to calculate bet types on an event where the odd (or special value) was visibly reversed or incorrect at the time of concluding the betting agreement (compared to values that were at that time on www.oddsportal.com) as winning with odd 1.00 (void), i.e., to void such bet types.

Article 36.

The Organizer reserves the right, in cases of suspected manipulation or fraud, to void all bets on that event and count the odd as 1.00 (void). Suspicion exists if one or more of the following criteria are met:

  1. Bets on events with unusual outcomes
  2. Bets with unusually high payouts
  3. System bets on unusual types/leagues
  4. Multiple bets with identical or similar combinations
  5. Bets suggesting collusion and that are temporally and contextually related

If multiple bets with identical or similar combinations are received from different or the same participants within a short period, the Organizer reserves the right to void all such bets, even after settlement.
The Organizer reserves the right at any time (including after bets are concluded) to refuse or cancel any bet or part of a bet if it concludes that there is an agreement between different participants or collusion between their user accounts. The betting operator reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such participants.
