According to the Law of Game of chance by Republic of Montenegro (Sl.list RCG br. 13/07 from 18.12.2007.), “LOB COMMPANY” LTD, day 30.10.2017. brings:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

‐ DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRONIC GAME OF CHANCE”GREYHOUND RACES” ‐

– DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRONIC GAME OF CHANCE “GREYHOUND RACES” –

Article 1.

“Greyhound Races” is an electronic game of chance based on recorded events of dog races with the addition of a TV monitor, where the random number generator is used to select the events (RNG-Random Number Generator) hereinafter “Electronic Betting Game”.
Electronic Betting Game enables a player to bet on outcomes of the recorded dog racing events.
Electronic Betting Game offers players to bet on recorded dog race event, where 6 dogs are racing in each individual round. Each dog is marked with a certain number in the range from 1 to 6.
One round of Electronic Betting Game takes maximum 3 minutes and 45 seconds and consists of announcement, countdown and visual ending of the countdown, display of coefficients for all betting types, display of recording and announcement of outcomes for the recorded dog race event.
The selection of recorded dog races are statistically independent, random and unpredictable, generated by Random Number Generator (Random Number Generator) which is certified by a laboratory accredited by ISO / IEC 17025. All this is confirmed by an appropriate certificate of compatibility.

REGULAR BETTING

Article 2.

Winner:
Winner enables player to guess whether selected dog will win, which means that it will pass through the finish line before other dogs that participate in the race. First/Second:
First/Second enables player to guess the order of two first-ranked dogs. The player select 2 dogs in a way that first dog chosen passes through the finish line first, and second dog chosen passes through the finish line second. In cases where player guesses the order of two first-ranked dogs, the win will be presented as multiplication of a price and stake.

SYSTEM BETTING

Article 3.

System betting:
System betting enables player to bet on a few different betting combination First/Second on the single betting ticket.
Each combination is a subject of separate payin/stake. Minimal payin/stake per ticket increases in proportion to the increase in the number of first/second betting combinations played.

SPECIAL KIND OF BETTING (SPECIALS)

Article 4.

First dog number Odd/Even:
In specials First dog number Odd/Even player guess will the number of first-ranked dog be odd or even.
First dog number (-3,5+)
In specials First dog number (-3,5+) player guesses will the number of first-ranked dog be smaller or bigger than 3,5. First two (-7,5+)
In specials First two (-7,5+) player guesses will the sum of first and second-ranked dog be lower or higher than 7,5.
First three (‐10,5+):
In a special First three player guesses will the sum of three first -ranked dogs be lower or higher than 10,5.
Selected dog ends in first 3:
In special Selected dog ends in first 3 player guesses whether selected dog will end in first three dogs that pass through the finish line.
Not in first 3:
In special Not in first 3 player guess which dog will not end in first three dogs that pass through the finish line.
Selected dog doesn’t win:
In special Selected dog doesn’t win, player guesses which dog will not win the race.

FINAL REGULATION

Article 5.

Ticket canceling:
The Player allowed to give up of payment made for participation in the Electronic Betting Game at the latest 5 seconds before the countdown.
If a player gives up of the payment made for participation in the Electronic Betting Game, he holds a right to refund the amount of the deposit.
In case of the player’s withdrawal from participation in the Electronic Betting Game, the fee for organizing betting games is not calculated (reversed).
Minimum payin and maximum payout per single ticket:
Minimum and maximum payin per ticket and maximum payout in regular betting and special betting are determined by organizer of game of chance.
Minimum and maximum payment per ticket and maximum payout in regular betting and special betting are determined by organizer of game of chance. Cancellation or disposal of the event:
In case of cancellation or disposal of the event “Greyhound Races “possibility of printed outcome of last 10 rounds is offered.
Event result:
When it comes to virtual games sometimes is hard to spot the result visually. Considering this, only the official results, published on that day for that event, are taken into account.

Article 6.

Should there be any discrepancies in interpretation, the Terms and Conditions on Montenegrin language shall prevail.
