Pursuant to the Law on Games of Chance of the Republic of Montenegro (Official Gazette RCG No. 13/07 of 18.12.2007.), “LOB COMPANY” Ltd, on 29.09.2017, hereby adopts:

RULES OF GAMES

– BETTING VIA WEB SERVICE (INTERNET SITE) –

BASIC PROVISIONS

Article 1.

For betting via the Web service (internet site www.lobbet.me), the provisions of the RULES OF GAMES apply: Betting on sporting events, “Lucky Six”, “Greyhound Races”, “Lucky X”, “Next Six”, “My Lucky 6”, “Virtual dog races”, “Virtual horse races” as well as other rulebooks published by the Organizer or virtual game providers available in each game individually.

The Organizer online provides the possibility of different participation in games of chance:

REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES FOR WEB SERVICE (INTERNET BETTING)

Article 2.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: By clicking the registration link, you access the data entry page where all required fields must be filled out. After creating a user account, the registration process is completed by clicking the link sent to your e-mail address. After activating the user account, completion of account data is performed automatically by scanning an identification document. Data entry is performed automatically during scanning. Verification is carried out simultaneously during user account registration. In addition to data entry and registration, before any transaction, the account must be verified. One person may possess ONLY one user account and may place bets exclusively from their account. Any use or misuse of user accounts entails the possibility of bet cancellation and closure of the user account.

The Organizer reserves the discretionary right to refuse account registration without further explanation.

Article 3.

DEPOSIT OF CASH FUNDS into the user account can be performed in two ways at business premises:

Deposit by providing e-mail is performed by presenting the betting participant’s e-mail address to employees at the business premises along with the cash amount you wish to deposit, after which the employee performs the transaction and the funds become immediately visible on the user account linked to the given e-mail.

Deposit by providing user account ID is performed by giving the operator your account ID and the money you wish to transfer to your user account, after which the operator performs the transaction.

In addition to deposits at business premises, users may deposit via cards issued by Montenegrin banks (Visa and Mastercard), where in the account section under the PAYMENTS option, they may enter the deposit amount and card details.

Promotions for newly registered users may be activated/deactivated at any time by the Organizer, as well as exclude certain accounts from such promotions without prior notice. Information about promotions can be found on the site/application under the PROMO section.

Welcome Bonus – Freebet and/or Free Spins

Bonuses are promotional funds awarded to players that may be used exclusively as stakes in bets and cannot be withdrawn from the account. Free spins are promotional funds awarded to players that may be used exclusively on the games they are assigned for and cannot be exchanged for funds or any other form of compensation.

All users making their first deposit into their account, in an amount equal to or exceeding the predefined threshold, acquire the right to a promotional bonus in the form of freebet bonus and/or free spins, in accordance with the valid promotional offer.

Freebet funds may be used for one or more bets but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or reused. Once a bet is placed with freebet funds, it is considered used and cannot be applied again, regardless of outcome.

Example: If you use a €10 freebet bonus and achieve winnings of €50, €40 will be deposited into your regular (internet) account, while the €10 awarded as freebet is deleted. Funds in the regular account may be freely used – either for further betting or withdrawal.

In addition to welcome bonuses, these rules also apply to bonuses awarded as part of other promotions.

Article 4.

WITHDRAWAL OF CASH FUNDS is performed by clicking on your name in the upper right corner. Then select the PROFILE option, followed by the WITHDRAWAL option at the top of the page. When you open the Withdrawal option, you must fill in the amount you wish to withdraw and the business premises where you wish to collect the money. A code will then be displayed, which you present at the selected business premises for payout. The user account will be reduced by the requested withdrawal amount.

The requested withdrawal may also be cancelled by selecting the Cancel withdrawal option below the withdrawal code field. When cancelling a previously requested withdrawal, the user account will be credited with the previously requested amount.

CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WEB SERVICE (INTERNET BETTING)

Article 5.

Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from participating in betting via the web service (internet betting).
Participants must accurately complete access data during registration and when opening a user account.
The betting participant must take into account the risks of gambling addiction, as well as ensure that their account is not frozen or self-excluded from another private or state gambling venue or bookmaker.
Opening a user account on the web service (internet betting) will be deemed acknowledgment of and unconditional acceptance of the Organizer’s Rules of Games.
By accepting these Rules during registration, the player gives full consent for the Organizer to perform all types of identification, credit, and other verification checks.
During registration, the Organizer reserves the right to provide player data to banks and other financial institutions for verification of identity and payment card.
For tickets received via the web service (internet site), the electronically stored bet on the Organizer’s computers is decisive for the correctness and content of the bet.
The Organizer reserves the right to withhold winnings achieved through irregular activities, cancel such winnings, or calculate odds of 1 in case of sports betting.
The Organizer may at any time limit or refuse any player bet without explanation.
The Organizer’s offer is not necessarily complete for all players and may restrict access to certain games or sports for specific players or groups of players at any time.

Article 6.

All data provided by the betting participant when opening a user account are kept in protected databases inaccessible to other participants or third parties and are treated confidentially.
The data from paragraph 1 of this Article may be communicated by the Organizer to third parties only in the manner prescribed by law.

Article 7.

Funds deposited into the user account may be used exclusively for placing bets.
If, after depositing funds, the player does not wish to place a bet but wishes to withdraw funds, they must place a bet with a portion of the deposited funds on one of the Organizer’s products (sports, virtual games, etc.) in order for the deposit to be unlocked.
The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or cancel specific withdrawal methods for one or more players without further explanation.

CANCELLATION, INCORRECT RESULT, ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Article 8.

CANCELLATION: Bets placed via the web service (internet site) cannot be modified or cancelled by the betting participant after final payment confirmation.
INCORRECT RESULT: Any winnings credited to the account based on an incorrectly published result will be adjusted after the correct result is published. The newly calculated winnings will be added to the betting participant’s user account balance.
ACCOUNT CLOSURE: The Organizer reserves the right to close the user’s web service account at any time and refund the account balance without providing further explanation.

Article 9.

By accepting these Rules, the player consents to accept all future amendments and supplements, while the Organizer undertakes to publish each change on its site/application.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these Rules in cooperation with the Administration for Games of Chance of Montenegro. Each amendment or supplement will be published at the Organizer’s business premises and on the Organizer’s official website.
These Rules take effect on the date of adoption and apply after approval by the Administration for Games of Chance of Montenegro.
